Someone has to be brave enough to be first and learn. It might as well be me. Me, along with a network of creators, connectors, and conscious disruptors united in our beliefs and a mission to Elevate Human Potential.
G.L.O.W. is an acronym – Growth. Learning. Ownership. Wellbeing. It reflects the essence of our values and in our manifesto.
We believe everyone deserves a chance to advance their quality of life. To have equal access to opportunities, and level up: socio-economically and in self-awareness. Growth to us is also about mindset, experimenting, and playing. It’s means expanding impact in our workplaces, communities, families and broader civil society. This is the responsibility of acquiring new knowledge and experiences. We grow to honour ourselves and serve others.
We believe learning and unlearning are the gateway to extraordinary possibilities when designed for humans. Mindset is important here too – it’s the foundation to developing resilient, sustainable behaviours, amplified by the skill-up: the essential skills that will empower people, workplaces, and communities. This trifecta will ensure anyone can quickly course correct and continuously adapt to the evolving needs of a business, a village (however you define it), or living in alignment with their personal values with a deeper, clearer sense of self-purpose.
We believe you don’t need a title to meaningfully influence outcomes. We celebrate the genius of imperfection and the safety to fail fabulously forward when the effort is with integrity. We believe there is power in individual and community sovereignty. We own our privileges as much we recognize historically biased systems that remain in place today. We acknowledge the privilege of the land upon which we live and our responsibility to the planet. We are survivors, thrivers, and allies. We own our life journeys and our truths – shared or untold, as well as our emotions, and the energy we bring to every encounter.
We believe wellbeing is a universal human right. We recognize that wellbeing – both physical and mental, are influenced by many factors within and and beyond one’s control. We value cognitive freedom and honour all forms of diversity, so as many perspectives as possible are infused into our work products and services. We aim to include all lived and learned experiences, which have no expiration date for retrospection and personal development. We endeavour to act in an equitable way to ensure everyone feels and knows they belong. We hold space and compassion for the weight of our identities, beliefs, and preferences. We see rest as a fundamental form of renewal and resistance that is required when aspects of our authentic being are challenged.
